From the outset, we work closely with you to understand exactly what “success” looks like for your project—whether that is preservation, enhancement, upscaling, or readiness for some form of publication or archive. Every stage of our digitisation and improvement process is shaped around agreed desired outcomes, ensuring that the time, tools, and expertise applied translate directly into tangible value and high‑quality final outputs you can confidently use.

What You Get / The Process:

·       Initial courtesy call This is where we want to set up our communication dialogue with you surrounding your project our aim is to get as much information from you as possible at this point and try to get clear agreed picture with you of what desired outcomes you envisage. This can be done via telephone or video call and we may wish to set up further meetings and communication routes to enable us to contact you throughout the project. We also want you to feel that you can contact us if you have questions or ideas more information relevant to the project success and quality of outcome.

·      Delivery of raw materials to us, in person or by recorded delivery

·       Digitisation - transfer time, improvement & upscale time. We use the leading Topaz Image improvement software to create our outputs.

Delivery of new materials to you via online transfer or Hard drive delivered with your reterned raw material

·       Return of Raw material to you, in person or by recorded delivery.

Standard flat hourly rate applies (£50 an hour). Fee is reduced for a large volume projects.
